2. Watch Estate Planning 101. Answer the one question on the form about the session and earn three more entries. The video is two minutes long and there is no quiz.
3. Tell us a little about you. Answer the three optional profile questions for one more entry.

HOW WE PICK THE WINNER
On Wednesday, October 7, 2026 we draw one winner at random. Here is exactly how, because you should not have to take our word for it:
Every eligible entry gets a number. We publish a cryptographic fingerprint of the numbered list before the drawing, so the list cannot be changed afterwards. The winning number comes from an independent third-party random number service, not from us. Somebody from outside our firm watches it happen and signs an attestation. We publish the whole record on this page afterwards.
Our own family, our staff, and our current clients are not eligible. That is not modesty. It is written into the rules as an objective test, so nobody has to wonder.
We will announce the winner on or about Friday, October 16, 2026.
THE PRIZE
A complete couples Trust-Based Estate Plan: a revocable living trust, pour-over wills, durable financial powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney and directives to physicians, for you and your spouse or partner.
Plus three one-hour planning sessions with us to actually complete and fund it, and a half-hour follow-up. Funding is the step most families miss, and we are not going to hand you a folder and wish you luck.
Approximate retail value: $1,414. Prizes over $600 are reportable income. We will issue a 1099-MISC and we will need a W-9 from the winner. Talk to your own tax person about what that means for you.
