1. SPONSOR

Legacy Stewards LLC, 16850 Saturn Ln, Ste 100, Houston, TX 77058 ("Sponsor").

This promotion is a sweepstakes, not a raffle. No consideration of any kind is required to enter.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

The following persons are not eligible, and their entries will be void:

- Employees, officers, members, managers, agents and independent contractors of Sponsor and of Powell United Financial Services, and the immediate family members and household members of each such person.
- Any person who, on or after August 17, 2026, is a party to an engagement, advisory, or client agreement with Sponsor or with Powell United Financial Services.
- Any person residing in the same household as the Sponsor's owners.

"Immediate family member" means spouse, domestic partner, parent, step-parent, child, step-child, sibling, or step-sibling, and the spouse of any of them. "Household member" means any person residing at the same address, whether or not related.

Eligibility is determined by these objective categories alone. Sponsor does not retain discretion to exclude an otherwise eligible entrant.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Entry Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on Monday, August 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. HOW TO ENTER

(a) Online entry - one (1) entry. Complete the entry form at mylegacystewards.com/giveaway with your first name, last name, email address, Texas ZIP code, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Providing a telephone number is optional. Consenting to receive marketing email is optional, is not required to enter, and does not affect your chances of winning.

(b) Bonus entries. After entering, you may earn additional entries:

- Educational session - three (3) additional entries for submitting a written response to the question accompanying the "Estate Planning 101" session on the entry form.
- Profile questions - one (1) additional entry for answering the three optional profile questions on the entry form.

Maximum five (5) total entries per person from all methods combined, including entries submitted by mail.

(c) Free entry by mail (no purchase, no internet access required). Hand-print your first name, last name, complete mailing address, email address, Texas ZIP code, telephone number (optional), and date of birth on a plain 3 inch by 5 inch card, together with the words "Legacy Protection Giveaway Entry," and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to:

To claim the bonus entries described in section 4(b) by mail, write your response to the "Estate Planning 101" question and your answers to the profile questions on the same card or on a second plain card in the same envelope. The text of those questions is available at mylegacystewards.com/giveaway, or will be mailed to you free of charge on written request to the address above.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2026 and received no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Monday, October 5, 2026. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or bulk-submitted entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

(d) Entry limits and integrity. Limit five (5) total entries per person and per email address across all entry methods. Entries submitted by any automated means, by any entry service, or using multiple email addresses or identities to exceed the entry limit are void, and Sponsor may void all entries associated with such a person. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

5. DRAWING AND ODDS

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 from among all eligible entries received across all entry methods.

The drawing will be conducted as follows, and Sponsor will publish a record of it at mylegacystewards.com/giveaway:

1. All eligible entries are exported and sequentially numbered.
2. A cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of the numbered entry list is published before the drawing occurs.
3. The winning number is generated by an independent third-party random number service.
4. The drawing is observed by a witness who is not an employee, contractor, or family member of Sponsor.
5. The entry list, its hash, the third-party result, and the witness's attestation are retained by Sponsor and made available on request.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Entries submitted by mail under section 4(c) are placed into the same drawing pool, on the same terms, as entries submitted online.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM

The potential winner will be notified by email and, if a telephone number was provided, by telephone, within three (3) business days of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond and return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful), and IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) calendar days of the date of first notification attempt. Failure to respond within that period, an inability to reach the potential winner after reasonable attempts, the return of any notification as undeliverable, a refusal of the prize, or non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by the same method from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will make no more than two (2) alternate selections.

The winner will be announced on or about Friday, October 16, 2026.

7. PRIZE

One (1) prize, consisting of:

- A couples Trust-Based Estate Plan prepared through Trust and Will, including a revocable living trust, pour-over wills, durable financial powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, and directives to physicians, for the winner and the winner's spouse or partner if applicable. Approximate retail value: $539.
- Three (3) one-hour planning sessions with Sponsor to complete and fund the plan, and one half-hour follow-up. Valued at Sponsor's standard planning rate of $250 per hour. Approximate retail value: $875.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize: $1,414.

The prize is awarded "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. No cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All elements of the prize not expressly stated above are the winner's responsibility. The prize must be claimed and the first planning session scheduled within ninety (90) days of the winner announcement, after which the prize is forfeited.

The winner's estate planning needs will be met regardless of complexity. Sponsor will not forfeit or reduce the prize on the ground that the winner's circumstances require more work than anticipated.

8. TAXES

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV of the prize exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the ARV as other income for the 2026 tax year, and the winner must supply a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded. Sponsor recommends the winner consult a tax professional of the winner's own choosing regarding the tax treatment of the prize.

9. NATURE OF THE PRIZE - IMPORTANT NOTICES

Sponsor is not a law firm and does not practice law. The estate planning documents comprising the prize are prepared through Trust and Will, a self-directed online document preparation service. No attorney-client relationship is created between the winner and Sponsor, or between the winner and any employee or contractor of Sponsor, by entering this promotion, by winning it, or by receiving the prize. Sponsor does not provide legal advice and does not review the legal sufficiency of any document for the winner's particular circumstances. The winner is free to have any document reviewed by an attorney of the winner's own choosing, at the winner's own expense.

This promotion is not an offer of, and is not conditioned upon the purchase of, any insurance product, annuity, security, or investment. No entrant is required to purchase, apply for, be quoted on, or consider any insurance or financial product to enter, to win, or to receive the prize in full. Nothing in the prize or in any planning session is contingent upon any such purchase.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city of residence, and, if separately agreed in writing, photograph or likeness, for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, without further compensation. A winner who declines photographic or likeness use will still receive the prize in full. Sponsor will not disclose the contents of any entrant's or winner's estate planning documents or personal financial information at any time.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at mylegacystewards.com/privacy-policy. Entry information is used to administer this promotion. Marketing email is sent only to entrants who separately and affirmatively opt in, and that opt-in is not a condition of entry. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Powell United Financial Services, Trust and Will, and each of their respective members, officers, employees, contractors and agents from any liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion, participation in it, or acceptance, receipt, possession or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for: entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incomplete or not received for any reason; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries; or any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of this promotion.

If for any reason this promotion cannot be conducted as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and, if it does so, to select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action taken.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, who violates these Official Rules, or who acts in a manner Sponsor reasonably determines to be disruptive or in bad faith.

13. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and all matters arising from this promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Each entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, for any dispute arising from or relating to this promotion.

14. PLATFORM RELEASE

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., LinkedIn, Nextdoor, YouTube, or Google LLC. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any of those parties. No follow, like, share, comment, tag, or other social media action is required to enter or to earn any entry in this promotion.

15. WINNER LIST

16. ACCEPTANCE

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
